Use the USB cable to connect your computer. If the indicator light flashes and the pen can work as a mouse when the pen touches the tablet, it means you did a good connection.
Note:If the indicator light doesn’t flash, please: Try to use one of your USB port on your computer to charge your phone or connect your mouse. Please confirm it’s workable or not.
Try to use the USB cable coming with Parblo A610 to charge your phone, Bluetooth speaker, or any device with macro USB. Please confirm it’s workable or not.
Before you use the tablet, please charging the pen for 2 hours. Please uninstall and completely remove any driver you have for other graphics tablet on your computer. Disable any anti-virus protection program such as Firewall.
(Windows)Make sure that you are installing the driver as the Administrator. Connect the tablet to computer. Download the latest driver from the page of Unzip the file, follow the steps to install the driver.
